India and Brazil have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in telecommunications and information and communications technologies (ICTs), marking a significant step in their broader strategic partnership.
The MoU, signed during the 12th BRICS Communications Ministers Meeting in Pune, aims to strengthen digital infrastructure, foster emerging technologies, and promote universal connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital public infrastructure.
